We
- initiate public participation
- take on a mediation role and bridge the gap between citizens and the administration and process your inquiries, suggestions and complaints
- are your mediators of tasks between different offices
- promote the involvement of civil societies and citizens' initiatives and coordinate their activities on behalf of the mayor in the city administration
- control and guide your projects in and outside the city administration
What you can expect from us in the future:
We plan
- to build a neighbourhood management with district managers in local offices (probably from the second half of 2013)
- the establishment of discussion forums on current issues and future conferences with the mayor in the neighbourhoods
- targeted and neighbourhood-based public relations
- targeted discussions with all interested parties to better the quality of life in the neighbourhoods and districts
